Workplace Harassment Complaint for HR and EEOC

I need a legal writer to assist me in submitting a workplace harassment complaint to Human Resources (HR). I work at a college in California, and sadly leadership is corrupt. My Human Resources complaint won't go far, so I also need the complaint letter to serve two purposes: HR complaint and an EEOC Complaint.
My college's union already filed a grievance on my behalf . It went to a first and second level grievance, and finally to mediation. As expected, nothing was resolved. Grievances are based on contract violations, but I also work in a hostile workplace environment. I have a draft that I put together for my HR complaint, but the letter will be scrutinized by the college's on-campus, full-time lawyer, who is there to help upper-level management, not the employees. I am wise to know this is not my field and I could use some help.
