Trial Evidence Organization Support Spanish/English
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I’m gearing up for an upcoming trial and need a paralegal who can bring structure to a mixed set of evidence—roughly 51-200 documents, related digital files, and several physical exhibits. Everything must end up clearly arranged by date, relevance, and document type so I can locate any item at a glance during hearings.
Here’s what the assignment looks like from my side: you’ll collect the material I provide (in person or digitally), assign consistent file names and Bates-style numbers, build an intuitive folder tree for the electronic portion, and prepare a companion hard-copy binder or exhibit box for the physical items. Cross-referencing is essential; if I pull up a PDF in Adobe Acrobat, I want to know exactly where its hard-copy twin or physical counterpart is sitting.
Deliverables
• Master evidence index—sortable spreadsheet or CaseMap file—with date, relevance tag, and type fields completed
• Structured digital folder set ready for immediate import into Relativity, SharePoint, or similar review platforms
• Labeled binder/exhibit log for physical items, including chain-of-custody notes
• One-page summary guide explaining the system and any abbreviations used
All work must remain strictly confidential; I’ll supply an NDA on day one. If this organizational challenge fits your skill set, I’m ready to get started right away so we can walk into court fully prepared.
