Trademark Inquiry

Hello: I'm interested in naming a my new business a name that appears to be trademarked - but only a logo which includes the name. From my quick undestanding, it appears the trademark holder did not file anything beyond a logo trademark. I want to know if I'm legally free to use that name as long as I don't make a logo that looks like the one he has protected.
I want to create a racket sports gym called TOP GUN PICKLEBALL but found this person trademarked what appears to be a just the logo. Can I call my gym TOP GUN PICKLEBALL without infringing on his rights?
