Seeking an attorney specializing in online businesses + LLC formation

I'm seeking the legal assistance of an experienced business attorney, with history and/or specialization working with online and remote businesses. I am looking to establish an LLC that provides writing + editing services, and am considering the following states based on some initial research:
Delaware, Nevada, Wyoming, South Dakota, and New Mexico.
My main concern and questions relate to how I can legally establish a business in a state where I do not reside, and how to handle "doing business" in other states, considering my clients + customers will be across various states, and I myself will be operating the business from various locations (traveling + moving a lot in the next year or so). I have read conflicting information on how this works for tax purposes, and I know some of it depends on the specific state, so I am looking for someone well-versed in these subjects.
