Seeking Post Conviction Attorney for 2nd Degree Murder

I am an independent Paralegal for an incarcerated client who has been in prison for 4 years now. He was convicted of killing his wife in a circumstantial case in 2018. The goal is for a new trial based and/or release on Ineffective Assistance of Counsel, as well as errors in the death certificate and testimony of the medical examiners that contradicted the autopsy. My client has an attorney who is in the middle of transitioning to her own firm, and has not had much time to dedicate to the case, despite the retainer agreement.
