San Diego Undue Influence Case build-up
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I have thousands of pages of material that need to be turned into a coherent evidentiary package for an undue-influence claim over a San Diego County home. The file includes recorded deeds, trust amendments, loan papers, purchase agreements, countless emails and texts between family members, phone-call logs, bank statements, photographs, and my own notes on key events.
Your task is strictly document review and analysis. I will hand over everything—scanned PDFs, native email files (Outlook and Gmail), text-message exports, and Excel spreadsheets of account activity. I need you to:
• Examine every legal document, correspondence thread, and financial record to spot patterns that support undue influence.
• Build a clear chronology showing how my fiance was manipulated by her daughter, linking communications, money movements, and title changes.
• Flag contradictions, missing signatures, irregular notarizations, or unexplained transfers.
• Produce an indexed binder (or searchable PDF set) with numbered exhibits, a narrative summary, and concise attorney work-product notes that will slot straight into a petition to quiet title.
I work in Google Drive; if you prefer Relativity, CaseMap, or another review platform, let me know and I’ll upload the data accordingly. An organized workbook or timeline in Excel/Sheets, plus a memorandum outlining the elements of undue influence satisfied by each exhibit, will be my acceptance criteria.
