Reparations recovery

International Law acknowledges and recognizes the rights of a Monarch in Exile, in particular his right to act as if the Monarchy continues to exist. In 1991 when I was 49, it was stolen from me, in conspiracy with member states of the United Nations. International Law recognizes me as the de jure/ lawful ruler of the Grand Duchy, my sovereign entitlements including immunity, and my right to obtain reparations and compensation for what was taken from me. As the UN is in conspiracy to ignore me and prevent negotions, the ONLY way I can obtain reparations is by cyber enforcement. So if you have skills, I need you to help me.
