I need a researcher to find & provide some actual cases where a US bankruptcy court weighed the Equitable Consideration criteria (middle of p5) to determine that a lower rate of interest accrues on secured debts, rather than applying the contract rate, during the post-petition period. I need the researcher to compose some of the verbiage for a motion. I will then compose the section of the argument that applies those considerations to my specific situation.
