I am preparing a civil action against a state-level prosecutor and need a skilled paralegal who can guide me through every procedural step. Your primary role will be procedural research focused on the relevant state jurisdiction so that each motion, notice, and supporting brief is filed exactly in line with the court’s rules and timelines.

Here is what I will rely on you to handle:
• Procedural research: pinpointing rules of civil procedure, deadlines, service requirements, and any immunity-related hurdles unique to suing a prosecutor in this state.
• Drafting legal documents: complaint, summons, motions, affidavits, discovery requests, and any subsequent filings we need.
• Filing with the court: preparing forms, coordinating electronic or in-person submission, tracking docket updates, and confirming acceptance.
• Organizing evidence and exhibits: cataloging records, labeling exhibits, and creating an indexed binder (digital and, if needed, hard copy) so everything is presentation-ready.

You will have access to my notes, correspondence, and evidence collection, but I expect you to bring your own research tools such as Westlaw, LexisNexis, or comparable state-specific databases. Clear, error-free drafting and prompt communication are essential because we will be working against strict procedural deadlines.

If you have experience litigating or supporting civil rights or prosecutorial misconduct cases at the state level, that will be a strong advantage.
