Notice of Appeal Document Drafting
Budget: $750 – $1,500 USD
I need assistance with drafting a Notice of Appeal for a DCS administrative appeal.
I've already went through the DCS appeal trial for child neglect and unfortunately lost the appeal and the charge was recommended to be substantiated. Now I guess I have to have an administrative appeal (no trial).
The freelancer should have:
- Experience in drafting legal documents, particularly Notices of Appeal.
- Understanding of DCS related administrative appeals.
- Excellent writing skills, with attention to detail.
