Motion to Supress

i have a client who was arrested for Obstructing, he was transported to the Sheriff's dept. for processing. He was arraigned and was in the process of being released when an officer said he smelled marijuana and forced his hand down his pants and retrieved marijuana and another substance. based on that search he ws charged with the felony offense of possession with intent to deliver. I have pulled some case law that could be helpful. I will upload files once I decide whether or not to retain a writer.
