Locate the heirs to an abandoned property

Need to locate the heirs to two properties owned by one person. I believe I have found the obituary for the person online. Basically what I need to do is locate the heirs make an offer and buy the property. I can share the obituary here. The property has not been maintained in years and behind on Taxes.
