I bought a new house in 2018 and soon after I received a letter from the hot water tank company to sign a contract. Meanwhile I find out that I was given the wrong location of the house I originally purchased . When I went to see the manager of the hot water tank and ask him when did you changed my address, he told me that he could not disclose it and I told him that I could not sign the contract because I want a tankless water heater and he said that he could not do it .Later on I received a letter stating that they could not bill me because I did not have a contract and they sent me a letter asking $4618.28 plust tax to purchase the tank. So I am looking for a Paralegal to negiotiate the purchase of the said tank or better.
