I am a part of an LLC (44% owned) with 2 others and there was a breach of contract within the LLC's operating agreement as I was removed from all access and anything to do with the project and assets owned by the LLC. I want to file a Demand Letter for assets and possibly file a suit in court if an agreement with the letter can't be reached.
