Letter to District attorney’s office In NY

I am charged with a misdemeanor DWI. The district attorney’s office would like for me to mock up a letter or list bullet points on how if convicted of this DWI how it will affect my living conditions. Unfortunately I don’t complete understand the ramifications of being a person with a record now.
So I need help on collecting information of the consequences of being a person with a criminal record. Afterwards I can plug in my personal touch to it.
