The company requires an investor legal pack to be drawn up to safe guard all parties and set out the terms, conditions, responsibilities and risks typically associated with such investments.
The successful appointment will be responsible for delivering a legal document for signing, covering any current UK NI applicable laws and industry standard terms and conditions.
All works including initial review, and alterations to any drafts to be included in the quote. Additional works over and beyond will be subject to prior approval and additional payment(s).
