This request is in two parts in reference to a court appointed receivership for an estate.
1. Receiver did bring in a biased party for bookkeeping and wrongly allowed themselves to be directed and or influenced by the bookkeeper that the receiver kept on from the estates that is now under their Control/Receivership.
2. Receiver is looking for POST reimbursement from the receivership estate, for their attorney fees, after the receiver had removed himself from the post 6 month prior, with billing starting 43 days after he had removed himself the post.
The estate that is in receivership does not need an attorney. Why is the Estate being asked to absorb the exorbitant attorney fees?
