I am seeking a Legal Assistant to conduct in-depth research, draft persuasive arguments, and assist with other tasks on short notice. for a

The ideal candidate must have experience in Canadian Refugee/Immigration Law, and will have to assist with Refugee Appeals and Federal Court Immigration Appeals. The Candidate must be able to provide thoughtful insights and analysis.

Specifically, I am looking for someone who can:

- Conduct extensive research on the legal issues involved in the case
- Analyze the evidence and facts of the case and develop compelling arguments
- Draft legal documents including briefs, motions, and pleadings
- Provide recommendations on the best course of action for the client

The level of detail required is in-depth analysis, and the candidate should be able to provide comprehensive and exhaustive research.

The ideal candidate should have:

- A degree in law or a related field
- Experience in criminal law
- Excellent research and writing skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to work independently and deliver work within tight deadlines
