Law intern

Looking for a law intern with some experience in corporate law to work remotely. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of corporate law and be able to work independently. The intern will be responsible for conducting legal research, drafting legal documents, and supporting the legal team. Some experience in corporate law is preferred, but not required. The intern must be able to work remotely and have excellent communication skills.
