Law Enforcement FOIA Specialist Needed
Budget: $750 – $1,500 USD
Job Title: FOIA Specialist for Interrogation Footage.
Job Description:
Looking for an experienced FOIA specialist who can obtain (interrogation footage) from law enforcement agencies.
The role is straightforward:
* You will receive case details from me
* You will file FOIA/public records requests with the relevant police departments
* You will collect and deliver any interrogation footage/files provided
Scope & Focus:
* Only interrogation footage (no general records or unrelated materials)
* Must understand how to navigate public records systems and law enforcement requests
* Ability to follow up and push requests when needed
Payment:
* $15 per completed case (paid only when footage/files are successfully obtained and delivered)
* Monthly volume: 10–50 cases (depending on your capacity and performance)
Expectations:
* Prior experience with FOIA/public records requests
* Proven track record of successfully obtaining law enforcement materials
* Strong communication and follow-up skills
* Ability to handle multiple cases consistently
Long-Term Opportunity:
* This is not a one-time project
* Consistent monthly workload
* Opportunity to (increase rates over time) based on performance and results
