Label packaging requirements for products
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
We sell some products as a distributor on Amazon and they represent a combination of two or 3 products presented as a kit - these products are menstrual care products Tampons /pads/dispensers - we buy them in cases and offer them with our metal venting dispensers as a refill disposable item
We are being flagged by Amazon per the below:
Documentation demonstrating all of the following is required
Test Reports
Product Packaging and Label Images
See picture attached which shows our dispenser and the products filled in the unit - this is how we offer it on Amazon
The other files are what we were provided by the factory that produces these tampons/pads when requested to help us provide amazon what they need
We also offered a refill kit that just contained 2 refills for a dispenser only (no dispenser) this item amazon removed for sale because we could not provide what they asked for. We are confused on what the legal requirement may be to be allowed to sell these products repackaged in smaller sizes.
We need help to provide amazon with the items needed to clear our products so we are able to continuing offering them
