Minority partner stole money, loaned himself money, received kickbacks for purchases of home from RE agents, misallocated funds, didn't create accounting ledger (books), used money for personal expenses, didn't rent one of the company properties and lived in it for one year, collected rents for 19 months without depositing it in company account, refused to pay property taxes, and did keep properties insured.
