Divorce Exhibit Cross-Reference Prep

I have a set of exhibits already submitted in an ongoing divorce action and I need a clear, defensible way to show how each one ties—or fails to tie—to every piece of communications evidence in the file. Your task is to line-up the exhibits with four main sources:
• text and email messages
• all prior court filings
• certified hearing transcripts
• the full TalkingParents conversation log

For every exhibit, I want a side-by-side reference sheet that quotes the relevant passage in the message, filing, transcript or TalkingParents entry, notes the page/line or timestamp, and highlights any inconsistencies or corroborating details. Where you see discrepancies, flag them and add a short explanatory note with supporting authority if a rule of evidence or procedural issue is implicated.

Deliverables
1. An indexed spreadsheet or table (Excel or Google Sheets) listing each exhibit and its matched references.
2. A concise narrative memo (Word or PDF) summarizing key findings, discrepancies, and potential impeachment points.
3. A zipped folder containing all cited excerpts in searchable PDF format, labelled to mirror the index.

Acceptance criteria
• Every exhibit appears at least once in the index, with pinpoint citations.
• Citations accurately match the quoted text (spot-checks will be performed).
• Memo is under five pages yet covers all major inconsistencies.
• All files open without password prompts.

The material is sensitive, so please confirm that you can follow standard confidentiality practices and are comfortable signing an NDA before I share the documents. Paralegal or litigation support experience is preferred, but strong legal research and meticulous attention to detail are essential.
