We need someone with a law background and experience in both drafting and defending data privacy/terms of use policies for internet based software products. You should also have deep expertise in understanding various data protection laws such as GDPR and others.
We are building a social network for the social-impact/NGO sector. This software is used by different organizations to collect private data from their stakeholders using our tools such as forms/surveys etc. So different types of data - the ones we collect, and the ones the organizations on our platforms collect - need to be subject to different policy terms.
We need you to first understand our unique product and then understand our roadmap goals and the come up with a suitable policy. We do NOT want a copy-paste of some boilerplate template.
