The task is to produce a concise, well-sourced analysis of current constitutional issues touching on human rights in a specific country outside both the United States and the European Union (I will name the jurisdiction once we formalise the agreement).
Scope
• Focus strictly on present-day debates, court rulings, and legislative moves that implicate the constitution’s human-rights guarantees.
• Situate those developments within the broader theory of constitutionalism so the reader can see how doctrine, politics, and social practice intersect.
• Draw on primary legal texts, recent scholarly work, and reputable news or NGO reports; cite all sources in Bluebook or OSCOLA—whichever you are more comfortable with.
Deliverables
1. Annotated outline (1-2 pages) for sign-off before full drafting.
2. Final paper of roughly 4,000–5,000 words, in Word or Google Docs.
3. Bibliography with live links or DOIs.
Acceptance criteria
