I need a paralegal to help me respond to a lawsuit filed against me in the Southern District of Florida. I live in Canada and am not able to travel to the USA.
I received notice that the court already deemed me guilty and I have 21 days to respond to their decision. But I don't know how to respond in terms of how to compose a proper response and have it served on both the court and the law firm.
Again, I need to file a response to the court and to the law firm that filed the original lawsuit and I need to do it soon, as I only have 19 days left to respond.
