Drafting discovery and responses
Organization of files (electronically)
Scheduling depositions
Correspondence with opposing counsel, clients, vendors, medical providers
Obtaining medical records efficiently and quickly, via subpoena or private correspondence to providers
Answering phones
Intake
Must be bilingual (Spanish)! We are looking for a warm personality, lots of energy, since we are fast paced and growing.
