Project Description:
I am seeking an experienced legal researcher to identify California Superior Court collections cases (Los Angeles County preferred) from 2020 onward where a default judgment was entered in a collections action, the defendant successfully filed a motion to vacate or quash the default judgment due to defective service of process by process server Deborah Villanueva of ABC Legal, and the court granted the motion and vacated the default judgment.

A list of case numbers with one-sentence summaries for each case. Include the court, year, and legal basis for vacating the judgment. Focus exclusively on collections cases; no appellate cases. Only cases from 2020 to present.
Resources to Use:
Case law precedents (Superior Court records preferred), statutes and regulations (California Code of Civil Procedure, relevant rules), and scholarly or legal commentary if relevant.
Freelancer Requirements:
Proven legal research experience with California Superior Court cases. Deliverables must be precise, accurate, and verifiable. Sources must be provided for each case listed.
Scope:
Focus strictly on default judgments vacated due to improper service in collections matters specifically involving Deborah Villanueva of ABC Legal. Exclude general civil litigation, appeals, or unrelated procedural issues.
