Certificate of Occupancy Consultant
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
Need someone to lead a certificate of occupancy for two properties I own in Dallas Texas. They are zoned for a convent monastery.
Basically someone to do as much as they can online to put the packet together for me and answer questions building inspection people may have email or on phone. MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE WITH THIS TYPE OF PROCESS.
I have someone to draw up the plans but need a coordinator. Will accept a bid for the work.
