Arbitrator Award Research Project

Is it possible to research the public records to find arbitration rulings in Alberta, Canada? In particular I'm looking to see if one particular arbitrator in Alberta has ruled in favour in men or women. Also, is there a pattern of this one arbitrator and her rulings for clients of a particular lawyer.
