Zoom Arbitration Hearing Counsel

Job ID: 40431006

Budget: $750 – $1,500 USD

My arbitration against a major bank is set for a Zoom-based evidentiary hearing on June 17, 2026. The claim seeks $705,000 plus interest for wrongful transfer of funds and conversion. To date, the bank has produced nothing beyond a generic Treasury memo that does not identify me or otherwise justify its action. Discovery is closed, and the panel will hear all testimony and argument in a single remote session.

I am hiring counsel solely for that hearing. Your mandate will be to master the record, craft the clearest possible theory of liability, and advocate for me during the live proceeding—from opening statement through cross-examination and closing.

What I need in you
• Proven experience handling arbitration matters, ideally in banking or finance disputes.
• A documented success rate of roughly 70 percent or better in comparable hearings or trials.
• Confident Zoom courtroom presence, sharp oral advocacy, and an ability to communicate strategy to a non-lawyer client in plain English.

Key tasks and deliverables
1. Review the complete case file (pleadings, discovery responses, exhibits).
2. Prepare a concise hearing brief and exhibit list in line with panel rules.
3. Conduct all witness examinations, argue evidentiary objections, and present closing argument on June 17, 2026.
4. Debrief me immediately after the session on possible post-hearing submissions.

If your background matches these requirements and your calendar is clear for the date above, please outline your arbitration experience and recent win-loss statistics when you reply.
