Will Objections and Asset Distribution Help

I need assistance with handling objections to a will that's already filed in court. I'm specifically looking for guidance on the distribution of assets, which in this case is just a piece of land (I already have the deed to the mobile home on it). mother passed away 2018 left for me and my brother he passed away before her, didnt think about his daughter she does not want anything it would go to her eventually. am stuck at this point. im to get a notorized letter from her. OR can i just add her to the deed?? worried about these scandalas people already had SOMEONES name other then my moms attached to her partial. I dont know how to find my filed court records.
