Urgent Company Law Amendment

I need a business law solicitor to amend an article on Companies House to allow for a sole director. This amendment is required before I can complete a property purchase.

Requirements:
- A copy of the amended articles showing the updated clause allowing a sole director.
- A copy of the shareholder/member resolution approving the change.
