I'm seeking a Spanish labor law expert to assist with an unfair dismissal case. Currently, I'm at the initial consultation stage.

I am seeking a quote for legal assistance with my dismissal. Summary of my situation:
Employment and dismissal
I was given 3 business days to sign the settlement agreement. I have not signed anything. I have requested all documents in PDF and my payslips.
I have doubts about the validity of the stated objective grounds (no redeployment/alternative roles were considered) and want the dismissal challenged as improcedente.
Related issue: Social Security registration discrepancy
My employment does not appear correctly registered with the TGSS (possible wrong affiliation number — I provided my number ending 818082 before starting). This puts my unemployment benefit claim at risk. The employer's payroll team is "investigating."
I also have insurance periods in Germany and Portugal (PD U1 requests already in progress by me).
Deadlines
Papeleta de conciliación: 20 working days from 07/07/2026 (≈4 August).
SAE registration booked 17/07; SEPE application due ≈28 July (I handle these myself, plus the TGSS correction).
What I need a quote for:
Drafting the papeleta de conciliación (claiming improcedencia and all amounts owed), including review of the dismissal letter, settlement agreement, severance calculation and finiquito.
Attendance/representation at the conciliation hearing before the CMAC.
(Optional, please quote separately) Drafting and handling the demanda before the Juzgado de lo Social if conciliation fails — please state whether this includes the trial hearing.
(Optional) Advice on the Social Security registration issue, including a possible Inspección de Trabajo complaint.
Please indicate itemized fees, availability given the deadlines, and whether the initial assessment is included in item 1.
