Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I’m looking for a currently registered USPTO agent to take a straightforward, time-boxed assignment: reinstating an unintentionally lapsed patent. All supporting paperwork is already prepared, and I will supply it in Word format the moment we start.
What I need from you—ideally within the next 1–2 hours of focused work:
• File the reinstatement package exactly as required.
• Give my documents a quick compliance check so nothing bounces back.
• Handle any brief communication with the USPTO until the petition is confirmed as received.
Please include your USPTO registration number in your reply; I will not review bids without it. Delivery is complete once the petition is officially submitted and I receive the electronic acknowledgement from USPTO.
