Turkish divorced couple child conflict in the UK

I got divorced 5 years ago in Turkey. My 10 years old daughter, my ex-wife and I all live in the UK. MY ex doesn't allow me to see my daughter time to time according to her temper. For that reason I want to have a court order to secure my rights to see my daughter on a schedule. I have already had a session with family mediation and they sent me the documents to go to court.
