Trademark Filing: Indonesia & Malaysia
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
Looking for someone to file trademarks for me in Indonesia and maybe Malaysia. I already hold registrations in other countries.
Primary focus
• Prepare, translate (if needed), and file the mark in Indonesia under the appropriate Nice class(es).
Optional add-on
Once Indonesia is safely filed, I’d like a separate cost outline to mirror the process in Malaysia (MyIPO). You can include this as a clearly stated second phase.
Deliverables
- Draft and final POA plus any required declarations in English and Bahasa.
- Official filing receipt and application copy, with status updates at each stage (examination, publication, acceptance, registration).
- Final registration certificate—or clear evidence of refusal with next-step advice—delivered digitally.
