Third party vendor scam Legal Counsel Needed

Recently i was joined a new organization. Before i was joined a third party consultant call me and ask some money. I denied to give bribe and the company hr scheduled the interview and i crackbtye interview and i have joined now the third party consultancy firm pressurized me to give the money of 3 months salary otherwise the germinate me. When i address this same issues to the hr team of my current company they told me that no body can fire you.
