I have already drafted a comprehensive corporate-governance legal opinion for a Texas corporation and now need a fresh set of licensed eyes on it. The work is straightforward: verify that every conclusion, citation, and assumption complies with the Texas Business Organizations Code, confirm the opinion’s structure and terminology meet current professional standards, and then add your own countersignature to the final document.
