Swiss Lawyer for Document Review

New a Swiss lawyer with a Swiss residence to review a document for me. Needs to have a Swiss practice.

Key Requirements:
— The legal opinion must follow a standard template provided by National Gas. No amendments to the wording are accepted under any circumstances.
— The opinion must be delivered as a Word document with track changes and a separate PDF version.
— The opinion must not be treated as 'finalised' until National Gas confirms they are accepting it. This is important to avoid any additional costs for reworks.

Proposed Process:
1. We will share the standard template with your firm upon engagement.
2. Your firm reviews the template. If there are any concerns about the text, we ask that you raise them with us first before carrying out any formal legal work, as National Gas will not accept changes.
3. Your firm prepares the legal opinion using the exact standard wording.
4. You provide us with both a Word version (with track changes) and a PDF version for submission to National Gas.
5. We submit both documents to National Gas for review.
6. The opinion is only finalised once National Gas confirms acceptance.
