I’m looking for a practising advocate based in Surat who can prepare a complete, legally-sound Hindu Undivided Family (HUF) deed for me. The focus right now is on drafting; if you also handle notarisation, that could be an added bonus, but the immediate requirement is a professionally written deed that I can sign and register without complications.
Please draw on your local experience with Gujarat-specific stamp-duty rules and current Income-Tax Department guidelines so the document is accepted at both the Sub-Registrar’s office and by the banker when I open the HUF account. I will supply all family details and Karta/coparcener information as soon as we get started.
