Supreme Court Advocate: SaaS Legal Opinion

I am preparing to take my Software-as-a-Service platform to market and I need a formal legal opinion signed by an advocate who is qualified to appear before the Supreme Court of India.

The opinion should confirm that my product structure, go-to-market plan and standard customer documents align with all relevant Indian laws—covering intellectual-property ownership of the codebase, data-privacy requirements that apply to cloud software, and the enforceability of our subscription agreement and terms of use. I also want guidance on any sector-specific regulations that a SaaS provider must observe, plus a clear outline of potential risks and the practical steps I should take to stay compliant as we scale.
