I need legal assistance to file a civil lawsuit against a rogue company.

- Expertise in civil litigation

- Ability to navigate complex legal situations
- Strong communication skills for regular updates

Please provide a detailed plan and estimated timeline.

The company is SakuraDate.com. The business is located in Cypress, outside of USA. The location alone raises flags that this is a rogue company.

The biggest issue of this company is that this company spys, distorts, filters, and blocks free conversations between customers. These practices are in head-on violation of US constitution on freedom and freedom of speech. This platforms exist to facilitate the real dating between customers. But, every information exchanges related to the real date out of the free wills of the customers are blocked. For example, even the names are blocked, the meeting places are blocked. If I want a golf date, even golf course name and photos are blocked. If I want a dining date, the names and photos of restaurants are blocked. If I want to know the flight schedule, any information on the flight is all blocked. I do not have to mention that they block any phone number or email addresses. They claim that they have their policies that do not allow contact information exchanges outside their platforms. I am challenging whether their policies make sense at all. Are those policies even possible in USA, where freedom is allowed. Their censorship is so severe that I am even thinking even communist counties such as China or North Korea will not do this much. Due to their business practices like this, customers are forced to stay in their platforms much longer than needed and forced to use their expensive services much more than needed. They claim they are protecting their customers but who are they? Are they police officers to protect their customers from sex offenders or what? Do they even have such rights? We have means in their platforms to block customers who are not comfortable. Who are they that they have these super power to control free communications like this in USA?

Another issue is their ridiculously high cost. We are living in a world where phone texting is unlimited and free. The site operates on a credit system, requiring payments for basic interactions like reading/sending letters (10 credits) or watching videos (50 credits). Users report spending hundreds or thousands of dollars with no real-world results. Well even with $200 paid, it is difficult even to last a day for a normal amount of dating conversation.

If this company cheated or made spend $1000 more per customer, for 1000 customers, it is 1million already. I think this company should be suspended right away as long as they continue this business practices based on their non-sense policies and they should pay penalty of 3~5 million easily.
