Stubhub handle

I’m looking for someone with experience handling disputes with StubHub, specifically around their seller policies and arbitration process.

What I need is:

1. Review StubHub’s Seller Policy and User Agreement that applied to my case and explain exactly what my rights and obligations are.
2. Evaluate the strength of my case, including whether StubHub acted in accordance with its own policies, whether the financial charge is justified, and what my chances of success are.
3. Advise whether arbitration is the appropriate next step or whether there are better alternatives before initiating the process.
4. If arbitration is recommended, prepare and file the Notice of Dispute and, if necessary, assist with initiating the arbitration in accordance with StubHub’s dispute resolution process.

I’m not looking for full litigation at this stage. My goal is to understand my position, assess the likelihood of success, and, if appropriate, have someone guide me through the arbitration process from start to finish.
