Title: Company Registration & MCA Portal Setup for New IT Startup (Bangalore)

Description:
We are launching a new IT Startup based in Bangalore and are looking for an experienced Company Registration Consultant / CA / Legal Expert to assist with the entire registration and compliance process.

Scope of Work:

Register the company under MCA (Private Limited / LLP as advised)

Assist with Name Reservation, MOA, AOA, and Incorporation filing

Apply for PAN, TAN, GST registration

Handle Digital Signature Certificate (DSC) and DIN creation for directors

Provide guidance on Startup India registration (if applicable)

Ensure all filings comply with MCA and ROC norms

Location: Bangalore (Remote assistance acceptable)
Timeline: Within 1–2 weeks
Budget: Open for discussion based on experience

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in Indian company registration and MCA filings

Familiarity with Startup India scheme

Based in or familiar with Bangalore jurisdiction
