Lawyer (Based in Spain) for Design Services Agreement Dispute
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
We are a Saudi Arabia–based company currently working with a Spanish design firm under a Master Services Agreement governed by Spanish law. The project involves design services for family entertainment centers.
Due to unsatisfactory design quality and repeated unilateral suspensions of project deliverables by the designer, we are seeking initial legal consultation to understand our contractual rights and options.
We require an experienced Spanish lawyer (Abogado) specializing in commercial or contract law to:
Review the existing Master Services Agreement and attached Exhibits (approx. 16-18 pages).
Advise whether the designer can legally suspend services unilaterally under Spanish law.
Assess our right to seek a refund or partial recovery due to substandard performance.
Provide guidance on whether a formal legal notice or termination letter would be advisable at this stage.
Recommend next steps to protect our company’s interests if the situation does not improve.
Deliverable:
A 45–60 minute online consultation (Zoom or similar) and a written legal opinion (1–2 pages) summarizing findings and recommendations.
Requirements:
Licensed lawyer in Spain (Madrid or Barcelona preferred).
Proven experience in Spanish commercial or service contract law.
Fluent in English (spoken and written).
Experience advising foreign clients or international projects is an advantage.
