UK Solicitor Video Statutory Declaration

I have a written personal prepared statement that I must formally swear as a Statutory Declaration. The declaration is intended to be used as evidence, specifically to support a matter where I am coming forward voluntarily. I am looking to complete the swearing over a live video call, so I need a practising UK solicitor who is authorised to take Statutory Declarations remotely. Who can also send my recording to the station for me.
Here is what the session will involve:
• A brief ID check so you can confirm my identity.
• I will read the prepared statement aloud on camera while you record and witness.
• You will administer the declaration wording, and witness my signature at the end of the video.
• I would then like you to send the video recording statement when ready on my behalf.
Only you and I need to be present; no additional witnesses are required. After the call I would like you to submit the video statement for me.
I’m flexible on scheduling but would like to complete the video next week. Let me know your availability.
