The bank guarantee lodged with NAB for our now-expired lease at Western Sydney Parklands is still frozen because Parklands staff cannot (or will not) produce the original instrument or complete NAB’s “lost bank guarantee” form. After months of emails, they keep shuffling me between departments with no substantive response.
