Small Claims Court Representation Needed

I'm seeking a legal representative to assist me in Small Claims Court i Toronto regarding unauthorized closing fees charged by a lender.

Key requirements:

- Familiarity with real estate and closing fee regulations
- Experience in handling Small Claims Court cases

Had a second mortgage to handle reno costs, project went over budget and real estate values started falling, lender refused to renew the mortgage and we were not able to find new financing. We sold the property after the lender started Power of Sale proceedings. They charged $10,500 fee for missing some payments which we later made up, they charged 9 NSF fees of $650 each for late payments, they also charged extra fees that we don't feel are warranted. We ended up paying all the fees in order to ensure that the deal for the property closed properly on time, and our lawyer advised us that this was the best couse of action, to get th extra fes back in Small Claims court.
