Small Claims Court Action Assistance

I am seeking legal assistance to recover reimbursement payments owed to us by a neighbour through Small Claims Court. The matter relates to our share of Hydro One reimbursements that the neighbour received, with the mutual understanding that he would forward our 50% share once the payments were issued. This agreement followed our joint contribution toward the installation of a hydro line, which cost us approximately $30,000 out of pocket.

We estimate there have been at least four hookups to date, though we are currently awaiting full confirmation from Hydro One. I have supporting documentation, including a paper trail and other evidence, prepared and ready.
